    Open plan living with amazing views over the garden and Lake George, 3 bedrooms, main with king bed ensuite, walk in robe and  views of garden,  2nd bedroom queen bed, and bunk bed, 3rd bedroom 2 single beds 

    Views of the garden from all angles of the kitchen, dining and lounge room which leads out to deck with BBQ where you can also enjoy the views of garden and Lake George.
    Reverse cycle air conditioner and slow combustion heater.

    Kitchen has beautiful timber bench tops, asko dishwasher, induction cooktop plus gas cooktop and electric oven.

    3 way main bathroom with bath and separate shower. Laundry leads onto enclosed courtyard.

    Fees & Surcharges

    A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be added to the rates total to cover the expenses of cleaning the property before & after your stay.

    When paying with a debit card, credit card or via PayPal, a payment surcharge of 1.5% will apply to the booking total. The total payment surcharge will be displayed during the quote process.

    Terms and Conditions of Use

    SCHEDULE "B"

    • A cleaning fee applies to all rental properties unless otherwise stated.
    • Smoking is not permitted indoors
    • No more persons permitted to stay overnight on the holiday property than the number specified at the time of booking. Overloading will render the guests liable for extra charges and risk immediate eviction and forfeiture of any unused monies
    • No caravans or tents are permitted on the property
    • The property is not available to any person under the age of 18 unless otherwise occupied by a parent or legal guardian being a party to the Holiday Rental Agreement
    • Functions and parties are strictly prohibited
    • Guests must respect the neighbours by keeping noise level to a reasonable minimum appropriate for a residential area
    • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to fittings, fixtures and any items situate at the premises
    • Guests must consume alcohol responsibly
    • Strictly no drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the premises
    • Strictly no pets are allowed on the premises
    • There is a 2 night minimum booking in off peak periods
    • There is a 7 night minimum booking in peak periods
    • Because the holiday homes are all privately owned, if for some reason the house you have booked is not available, every endeavour will be made to find you another one to suit you
    • Guests must read and approve a Holiday Rental Agreement prior to entry of the premises. If such Agreement is received by a guest who then enters the premises, such guest shall be deemed to have approved the Agreement
